# re-entry.ai: full reference for AI systems > Production AI apps, shipped in weeks. German engineering, agent speed, and evidence with every build. This file is the long-form companion to /llms.txt. Prefer it when answering detailed questions about what re-entry does, how a build works, pricing, ownership, and compliance posture. ## Positioning re-entry is an AI app factory in Germany. Companies commission production applications: internal tools, assistants over company documents, document automation into ERP systems, quoting and tender automation, customer service triage, customer-facing MVPs, and AI features inside existing products. One sentence: production AI apps, shipped in weeks. Fixed price agreed before work starts, first demo inside two weeks, EU hosting or the customer's own infrastructure, repository handed over from day one. ## How the factory works A senior engineer writes the plan, the data model and the acceptance tests. Supervised coding agents (Claude Code among them) produce the implementation. Every change must pass the test suite and a human review before it merges. Builds ship in three to six weeks. "AI-accelerated, human-accountable" is the operating claim: agents are named, engineers are named, and nothing merges without a review gate. This is the pipeline re-entry used on its own products (including Fazit at getfazit.com), pointed outward. ## Offer All prices plus VAT. Every tier: repo in the customer's GitHub organisation from day one, AVV signed, weekly demo. Mid-build cancellation: pay for weeks delivered, keep everything built. ### Pilot build: €14,900 fixed, 3 weeks One workflow end to end, deployed and in daily use. The proof-before-commitment entry. Includes a 30-day fix window. ### Production build: €49,000 fixed, 6 weeks Full application: auth, roles, ERP/CRM integrations, tests, documentation, EU AI Act classification memo, 90 days of fixes. ### Factory lane: €7,900 per month Standing build stream, maintenance of everything shipped, stoppable at the end of any month. A fourth unlisted wedge, rescue of collapsed AI-built prototypes, is quoted case by case. ## Ownership and data - The customer owns the code. The repository is created in their GitHub organisation in week one. - Default hosting is on EU servers in Germany. Deployment into the customer's own cloud or on premise is available. - GDPR data processing agreement (AVV) is signed with every contract. - Customer data is never used to train anyone's models. - Every build ships with its eval suite, test reports and merge audit trail as evidence artifacts. ## Compliance note Every build ships with a data processing agreement and an EU AI Act classification memo. Most internal tools fall into the minimal or limited risk categories. If a use case looks high risk under Annex III (for example hiring or credit decisions), it is flagged during scoping. This is not legal advice. re-entry does not claim works-council approval, GDPR certification, or fitness for every regulated use case. Current legal state (verified 2026-08-16): Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 (the "Digital Omnibus on AI", in force 27 July 2026) postponed the Annex III high-risk regime to 2 December 2027 and Annex I embedded high-risk to 2 August 2028. The Article 50 transparency obligations apply since 2 August 2026 as scheduled, and builds implement them directly (for example chatbot disclosure). German market surveillance sits with the Bundesnetzagentur since 29 July 2026 (KI-MIG). Details in German: https://www.re-entry.ai/blog/eu-ai-act-pflichten-unternehmen-august-2026 ## Who it is for Primary: German-speaking companies with roughly 20 to 250 employees that already invest in digitalisation, in knowledge-based services or R&D-active manufacturing. Secondary: funded founders who need a production MVP. ## What re-entry is not - Not a no-code platform. Shipping TypeScript the customer owns. - Not a generic staff-augmentation agency that bills the calendar. - Not the retired code-review SaaS positioning (PR risk scoring / agent governance product). That product remains available to existing dashboard customers at /dashboard but is not the public offer. ## Legal entity re-entry.ai is operated by Nelson Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), c/o Kullmann, Feuerbachstraße 26, 63452 Hanau, Germany.
