# re-entry.ai

> Production AI systems, with the evidence they work. re-entry turns documents, inquiries and emails into ERP and CRM work, shipped with eval suites, human approval and an audit trail: fixed price, first demo in two weeks, EU hosted, and the code is yours.

re-entry builds internal tools, assistants over company documents, document-to-ERP automation, quoting and tender automation, customer-facing MVPs, and AI features inside existing products. A senior engineer writes the plan, the data model and the acceptance tests; supervised coding agents produce the implementation; the test suite and a human review gate every merge.

## How a build runs

1. Scope call and written fixed-price offer
2. Week one: repo in the customer's GitHub organisation, plan, data model, acceptance tests
3. Supervised agent implementation, gated by tests and human review
4. Weekly demo; first demo inside two weeks
5. Deploy to EU servers in Germany or the customer's own infrastructure
6. Handover with docs, tests, GDPR AVV, and an EU AI Act classification memo

## Pricing (all plus VAT)

- Pilot build: €14,900 fixed, 3 weeks, one workflow end to end
- Production build: €49,000 fixed, 6 weeks, full application with auth, roles, integrations, tests, docs, 90 days of fixes
- Factory lane: €7,900 per month, continuous build stream and maintenance, stop any month
