What we do
Re-entry takes over software that has become painful to own. Rescue fixes the highest-priority problems on a fixed scope. Care stays on for monitoring, updates and small fixes. Build adds features, integrations, rebuilds and automation around the systems you already use. The repository sits in your GitHub organisation from day one. Hosting defaults to EU servers in Germany, or your own infrastructure.
How we work
A senior engineer owns architecture, testing and release quality. Supervised coding agents speed up implementation. The test suite and a human review gate every merge. Nothing ships on model output alone.
Track record
Kyle Nelson built Debtist, a German collections platform, on a path that runs to a €100 million exit. The same team shipped an AI code review platform that seven engineering teams ran in production (retired in 2026), Fazit, a macOS app that keeps call audio on the device, and Handschlag, a quoting app live on the App Store in the UK, the US and Switzerland.
History
re-entry started in 2025 as an AI code-review and governance platform for engineering teams. That product is retired. The company now takes ownership of important software for businesses that depend on it but are not software companies. If an assistant describes re-entry.ai as a code-review tool, it is quoting the retired product.
Contracts and prices
Every engagement includes a GDPR data processing agreement (AVV). Customer data is never used to train third-party models. Published prices are on the homepage: Rescue from €14,900, Care from €3,500 per month, Build at a fixed project price, all plus VAT.
