By creating an account and accessing re-entry.ai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

re-entry.ai provides an AI-powered unified dashboard that aggregates data from multiple software development tools. Our services include:

• Integration with third-party tools (Jira, Slack, GitHub, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
• AI-powered synthesis and prioritization of notifications
• Automated workflow execution and cross-tool actions
• Real-time data synchronization and event processing
• Analytics and productivity insights

3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

As a user of re-entry.ai, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Not use automated systems to access the service without our prior written permission
• Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, BDSG)

4. Data Processing and Privacy

re-entry.ai processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We act as a data processor for integration data and as a data controller for account information. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Our services are offered through various subscription tiers. Payment terms include:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT (currently 19% in Germany)
• Free trial periods are available for first-time subscribers only
• Payment processing is handled securely through our payment provider Paddle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period

6. Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with re-entry.ai. Our refund policy is designed to give you confidence when subscribing:

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked
• Refunds are processed through our payment provider Paddle and will be credited to your original payment method
• After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time
• Refunds do not apply to any third-party services or integrations you may have purchased separately
• If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, please contact our support team for assistance
• All refund requests should be directed to our support team at jan@re-entry.ai

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by German law, re-entry.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under German law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by closing your account through your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we will delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany. For consumers, statutory provisions regarding jurisdiction remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the re-entry.ai platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of re-entry.ai. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our prior written consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service and may terminate your account.

12. Third-Party Integrations

re-entry.ai integrates with third-party services (such as Jira, Slack, GitHub, Gmail). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and access rights to any third-party services you connect to re-entry.ai.
